I'm getting into Steampunk!

We have been getting into Steampunk here at Fancy Dress VIP (and we are very new to it so any help or advice would be appreciated) revamp some of our Moulin Rouge Burlesque Dancer Costumes into Victorian turn of the age period costumes and add some cool Steampunk accessories for a Steampunk outfit, perfect if you are on a budget.

We have some great Musket Gun replica's that would suit your costume perfectly and don't cost the earth and why not add an eye patch for just £1.99 (you might as well!)

Our Deluxe Victorian Showgirl is our favorite sassy little number at the moment, in deep purple with golden bows and detailing on the corset it looks great and looks like high quality silk, the perfect costume to make a show stopping appearance at the convention or a party. Profession and Character Costumes for Schools

Lately we have been looking in to educational Fancy Dress for kids, we know that your School is on a budget but it doesn't mean your children cant have fun and dress up. These unisex T shirts for Girls and Boys are a great idea for the School play box and for great learning. You can get 7 of these costumes for £99.99 here.

Out with the old and in with the New! How to Jazz up any old Costumes

Want something new and edgy to dress up as? We are getting new lines of Wigs and accessories to completely transform your Fancy Dress Costumes. In a variety of colours you will love to go out and make a statement!
1) Go for a bright colour in your old costume to make it go for longer. The right Wig can really change the entire look.
2) Make sure you get some great tights or stockings to bring the outfit together.
3) Grab some dress up jewellery to attract to your arms and neckline - maybe a Pirate medallion or some Flapper girl Pearls?

Are you stuck on what Costume to get?

So. You have a great Costume but its looking a bit bare?
You need some accessories to truly get a great reception at a Fancy Dress Party.
Going as a Pirate? Well then you definitely need a Sword, we have inflatable Swords so you can have fun with it as well as it making your outfit look more well rounded. But what about your side-kick? Make sure you get a Costume for the Weekend!

So it's the weekend and we have been doing some research... for all you avid Fancy Dress up girls and boys!
Gone are the days where you make your own Fancy Dress Costume - its all about being realistic and having something that gives a real impact.
But we all know you can be on a budget - that is why we aim to have Costumes that have all the pieces you need. Our favorite is the Jesterina Costume -  dress up as Batman's bad girl and go to the party as Harley Quinn.
